Shopify has been recognized as a leading B2C commerce solution by Forrester Wave™ in its Q2 2024 report. Shopify ranked first in "Product Power" and "Strategic Capabilities," showing its strong position in the market.

The Forrester Wave™ assessed nine major B2C commerce solutions based on 32 criteria and categorized them into four groups: "Leaders," "Outperformers," "Strong Contenders," and "Challengers." These rankings help customers choose the best vendors for their needs.
